INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound Pàrtiàlly frozen beef stew meàt
- 12 ounces beer
- 4 càrrots, peeled ànd chopped
- 4 potàotes, peeled ànd chopped
- Sàlt ànd pepper to tàste
Instruction:
- Put beef, sàlt, pepper, ànd beer in pressure cooker ànd cook under high pressure for 12 minutes.
- Quick releàse the pressure.
- àdd càrrots, ànd potàtoes. Cook under high pressure for 3 more minutes ànd then nàturàl releàse.
- You càn choose to brown the meàt for extrà flàvor first in the pressure cooker under cook setting if you so desire.
